INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare 4-5 Eggs

Crack 4 large eggs or 5 regular-sized eggs directly into the mixing bowl. For thinner pancakes, add an additional egg.

2. Add in 1 Pouch (40g) Mix

Your pouch comes with a pancake mix to make 6-7 pancakes. Empty the entire content of the pouch into a mixing bowl.

3. Prepare the Batter

• Stir the all ingredients together until you achieve a smooth batter without lumps.
• Cook immediately to ensure the batter spreads evenly.
• Batter can thicken as the fiber absorbs the liquids.

4. Cook & Flip Tips

• Cook the pancakes on low heat, and flip them over when bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is cooked.
• The edges of the pancakes may not appear dry as they would in regular pancakes. You could gently lift the edge of a pancake with a spatula to check if the bottom is cooked.
• It should be firm enough to hold its shape and not stick to the pan.

5. Serve and Enjoy

Serve the freshly made pancakes warm and top them with your favorite toppings.
